Conrad Mewse’s ‘MX1 powered by Apico’ dominance was finally broken during the first event in Scotland, with Dutch rider Jeffrey Herlings taking a pair of victories. Mewse was second overall, with Adam Sterry coming home third.
Tommy Searle emerged victorious in Motul MX2, despite only finishing fifth in his first race. However, he struck back to win race 2 and emerge as the top point-scorer. Spain’s Oriol Oliver and Joe Brookes filled the remaining two slots on the overall podium.
Charlie Richmond continued his dominance in ‘125cc powered by RFX’ as he won both races in Duns ahead of Ryan Waggott and Hayden Statt who finished second and third respectively.
