Bradshaw doubles up!

07 July 2017

Go Back Rock-hard veteran Neville Bradshaw will be doubling up at Blaxhall on July 16 when the Woodbridge club stages the sixth round of the Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship supported by Pro Clean.

The 33-year-old South African, who Ďretiredí last season, will continue his assault on the British two-stroke title and also race as a fill-in rider on the Lombard Express Suzuki team in the MX2 class.

Nev, whoís currently tied for second in the two-stroke class just 16 points behind leader Mike Kras, will go to the line at Blaxhall on his í02 CR250 looking to push the tall Dutchman all the way to the flag.

ďNow weíve had a few rounds I can see where my bikeís at,Ē he said, ďand I donít see any reason why I canít win races Ė definitely my ridingís getting a whole lot better.

ďAt Blaxhall I want to beat Mike and hopefully then I can take it down to the final round at Foxhill. James Dunn is riding good too and heís another guy in the mix which is cool. Itís awesome Ė the two-stroke racing is always so close and everyone is wide-open. Iím really looking forward to Blaxhall, itís my type of going.Ē

Since being picked up by Neil Princeís team for the last round at Desertmartin the former MX2 title contender has found a whole new lease of life.

ďI really love riding the two-strokes but then to get back to some decent results on the 250F is like a massive motivation. Iím working hard at it again, my pace is coming back and since then Iíve been getting back on a decent programme.

ďRacing the four-stroke should benefit me in the two-stroke series and even if itís just one or two really good motos before the season ends thatís my motivation, thatís what Iím getting a buzz out of.Ē
